6) 21 Day Fasting Prayers

For most of the people, Faith is an unbelievable thing; Fasting is an unpalatable thing; Prayer is an agonising exercise. Yet, true Christian life demands sufficient Prayer time, burden for the sinful world and sacrifice for achieving the goals of the Gospel. Most of the times, the Holy Spirit encourage and leads the believers to fast and pray. Fasting starts when some burden, on some need enters the heart and reins of a believer. Fasting is neither automatic, casual nor routine. Fasting should not be routine. Sudden fasting is not good but when a burden forces you, a problem in your house or church hangs before you, you can immediately fast and pray. How many days? It all depends upon the issue, time and your health. The minimum may be one day and the maximum may be 40 days

An idea was inserted by the Holy Spirit into the hearts of this Movement that all the God's servants involved in it should fast and pray for 21 days. So, the 21 - day fasting prayers were started on 1st November 2003 and one after another, all the servants of God were praying at their chosen time. Facing several odds, the men of God continue to pray through the assistance of the Holy Spirit.

The people could see the result of these prayers in and around the congregation and even in their families. Not only the level of God's servant is enhanced but also the empowerment of the Holy Spirit is seen during the crusades. No doubt, it is painstaking and is against any medical norms. But one has to burn himself for the lighting of the others.

Give us aid against the enemy.
